Communicating social and environmental impacts and activities with clarity and completeness.

How is this calculated?

History

Level 1: Build a foundation and set ambitions

WE Fashion publicly acknowledges the social and environmental impacts of its supply chain and the impacts of its own operations. The brand publicly shares its strategic narrative around sustainability and has published versions of its CoC and RSL on its website. The brand communicates the environmental and social impacts of its collections at point of sale to its consumers. These foundational activities have resulted in a level 1 score of 89%.

Level 2: Make steady progress

Through the publication of its CSR report, WE Fashion has set targets to manage human rights and labour standards and the environmental impact in its supply chain. There is opportunity for the brand to report on the progress on meeting these targets on an annual basis. There is also room for the brand to publicly disclose its CMT and vertically integrated suppliers, resulting in a level 2 score of 30%.

Level 3: Adopt best practice

This year WE Fashion has chosen to assess itself against level 1 and 2 only and did not submit evidence for level 3, which evaluates best practice.
